Iron Men Properties, a real estate development and construction firm based in Greater Lafayette, celebrated the grand opening of Anvil 38 on January 6th. The 158-unit multi-family apartment building, spanning 250,000 square feet, welcomed Lafayette Mayor Tony Roswarski and other city and state officials to a special grand opening. Anvil 38 is Iron Men's most recent project to hit the market and boasts an array of amenities such as an arcade, pet wash station, micro market, fitness center, and rooftop patio. Iron Men's owner Joseph Blake commented on the development milestone in his remarks: " Iron Men Properties is proud to be a part of the growth in Greater Lafayette by creating housing that matters."
