Following the breakout success of Nickle Plate Flats Iron Men Properties and the City of Frankfort were eager to do another project. A property located just off of the courthouse square became available and Iron Men Properties purchased it and revitalized the property. The property was remodeled to feature six luxury lofts and a local coffee shop on the first floor.

Nickle Plate Lofts further cements Iron Men Properties' commitment to uplifting communities through revitalization. We are proud of the small role we get to play for the City of Frankfort and we are excited to see Nickle Plate Lofts alongside Nickle Plate Flats.
