Iron Men Properties' first project in 2013 was remodeling Memory Hall Apartments to The Flats of Lebanon. In addition to remodeling, Iron Men Properties deepened our commitment to the Lebanon community by building two new apartment buildings near Memorial Hall. 

This historic and new property showcases the design team's talent at mixing modern design with historical flare. We are honored to be trusted with such a remarkable piece of history and we are excited that our buildings will be a part of Lebanon's future for years to come.
