－ Our Story
It All Started as a Race
Launched in 2013, Iron Men properties began as an investment partnership between Mike Sandry and Joe Blake while simultaneously competing in Iron Man 70.3 triathlons. The discipline of pushing and encouraging one another to improve performance carries over to Iron Men Properties today.
－ 2013-2015
Our First Project
In 2013 we remodeled our first building, Memory Hall Apartments. A few years after that we built our first new construction project, The Flats of Lebanon. We were one of Lebanon's first improvement developments in years and we are happy to say that today we are still investing in Lebanon's vibrant community today.
－ 2017
Frankfort, Indiana
The City of Frankfort Indiana and Iron Men Properties partnered together to develop a new multi-family apartment building in 2017. We are proud to say that this project revitalized the community and kick-started development downtown. For the first time in 25 years, Frankfort had a new apartment building. Now the city has seen tremendous growth including a recreation center next to the building we built.

The Future
The future of Iron Men Properties has never been brighter. In 2021 Iron Men Properties opened our largest property Anvil 38. Both phases of Anvil 38 feature 308 units. We are honored to say Anvil 38 will be the premier apartment community in the Great Lafayette area featuring cutting-edge amenities. As we grow we continue to remember our mission and to partner with communities to serve their futures well.
