In 2018 Iron Men Properties partnered with Ivy Tech Community College to build housing on a plot of land by their Lafayette campus. Anvil 38 is the result of research and design to serve a diverse and growing community. Featuring high-end amenities such as a golf simulator, recording studio, pet washing stations, and two rooftop terraces Anvil 38 is the pinnacle of Iron Men Properties portfolio.

Anvil 38 features 306 units and currently enjoys great feedback from residents and community officials. The first project that Iron Men Properties developed in Lafayette, Indiana has been a success and we are excited to continue to grow our partnership with the Lafayette community.
