In 2019 Iron Men Properties purchased a senior living property. The property was run down and needed rehabilitation. Taking on the challenge Iron Men Properties added 30 brand new apartments and has remodeled over half the property to a modern luxury standard. This historic property was once Crawforsdville's high school. The innovative interior design team brought elements of the historical high school to the final design of the property.
