Coming in Fall of 2024 Iron Men Properties' most complex project to date will open. Built with a ground-breaking capital stack in partnership with Carroll County, The City of Delphi, and the state of Indiana Iron Men Properties will build 68 new multifamily units to serve Delphi, Indiana. The project is the first residential development in Delphi in decades and represents the largest private housing investment in Carroll County's history. The $12.5 million dollar project will revitalize Delphi and provide much-needed housing in Carroll County. Iron Men Properties is proud to be a part of this project.
