With the success of Nickel Plate Lofts, the city of Frankfort agreed to let Iron Men Properties develop a small historic building into a loft for multi-family housing. The project has six units and is designed in a loft style that serves the area will. Downstairs will be a coffee shop and a mural will be painted on the side of the building.
